We currently accept Credit Card payments via Paypal, and Debit Card/GCash payments via Paymongo.
For bank transfer payments, you may complete your order and choose 'bank transfer', after which we will email you the details of the Blooms Artisan bank account (BPI). Once paid, kindly send us an email of the confirmation of your payment along with your order number so that we may acknowledge and process your Blooms.
We use GrabExpress and Lalamove to ship your orders to you. Your final bill does not include the shipping cost yet. We will email/message you of the final details along with the cost of the delivery which will be paid for by the client.
Blooms Artisan follows a process to ensure that your Blooms arrive in their best condition. We know that the flowers you give are also about sending your best wishes and heartfelt thoughts to your loved ones.
For Dried Bloom bundles only - delivery will be within 1-3 days.
For Fresh-to-Dry orders - delivery will only be on Mondays (as these are flown in fresh over the weekend)
For Bouquets & Vase Arrangements - please allow 3-5 working days lead time (confirmed upon payment).
As of now we only deliver within Metro Manila. Deliveries outside of Metro Manila are via special arrangement (you may send us a message via IG or FB).

Keep away from direct sunlight (light may cause color variation/fading)
Don't place your dried Blooms near sources of direct air pressure (i.e. industrial fans, air conditioners, etc.)
Avoid water as it damages the beauty of your dried Blooms (the petals will become translucent).
If water contact happens, air them out in a cool dry spot to avoid humidity (you may also use silica gels).
If you want to clean your dried Blooms, use a soft bristle brush or a hairdryer on low cool setting.
Do not blow with your lips as moisture may come in contact.
Yes! We are proudly BIR and DTI registered.
Yes, we do sometimes process rush orders on the basis of availability (if we are not yet full on the requested date). For customization requests, we can check for the feasibility of the requested design and availability of materials. Both may incur additional costs as needed.

Kindly note - flowers are a natural product and therefore the color shade and shape can vary from flower to flower. For arrangements, we also have the option to substitute some blooms that are unavailable to their nearest counterpart in color and design element.
Yes! All our products are 100% real. For dried flowers - these are naturally dried. For preserved flowers - the preservation process done is non-toxic. The solutions used are the same as the ones used in food and medicine. They do not represent any health nor environmental risk.
Most of our Blooms are imported from Holland & France, therefore there might be delays to some restocking of items. We are also proud of our Lavender as these are all naturally dried from overseas and not artificially dyed nor artificially scented.
